Exchanges and returns

Exchange of underwear and loungewear:

  1. The ordered item doesn't fit?
  2. Then write a short note stating which model, size and color you would like instead, and send it to us along with the garment to the following address:

    1. As soon as your package arrives, we'll get to work and process the exchange. Please note that we produce almost all of our products only after they are ordered, so it may take up to 21 days for your package to arrive. 

     

    Returns of underwear and loungewear:

    1. You can easily register your return online. .
    2. Please return the item to us in its original box at the following address:

    1.  Once we have received and inspected the parts, we will refund you the amount in accordance with our terms and conditions.

     

    Information on exchanges and returns:

    Hygiene:

    Items must be clean and unworn. Briefs and Bodies Please try on over your own underwear. We cannot accept returns of soiled items.

    Return deadline:

    For returns received within 14 days of your receipt of the goods, we can issue a refund. After that, only an exchange or a refund in the form of a voucher is possible. Thank you for your understanding.

     

    Postage for exchanges and returns:

    The customer is responsible for return postage and exchange costs. 

     

    Sale:

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of discounted items from the sale. Thank you for your understanding.

     

    What happens to my return?

    1. We control them.
    2. We remove light traces from the fitting (deodorant marks, skin flakes, etc.).
    3. In case of severe soiling or damage, we will send the parts back to you or make you a suggestion.
    4. Provided everything is in order, we put them back in our warehouse where they wait for another home.


    We do not dispose of any returned items:

    Therefore, please behave respectfully! Towards us, our products, and other customers. Be careful when trying on and test out briefs and Bodies always via its own slip And it's best to wash your new lingerie before wearing it for the first time.
