Generally, our lingerie corresponds to standard sizes. However, since we produce up to 60 sizes, choosing the right size can sometimes seem daunting. If you're unsure, we recommend consulting our size guide, which you'll find linked on all product pages and directly in the menu. Of course, you can also contact us anytime via chat, email, Instagram, or phone, and we'll be happy to assist you personally.

We say: absolutely! :) The feel isn't quite the same, of course, because our bralettes don't have any rigid plastic or metal parts in the chest area. If you're worried about insufficient support, we recommend checking the support rating on the product overview. 3 ratings indicate very good support, 1 rating indicates comfortable/natural support.

Our lingerie is lovingly wrapped in tissue paper by us personally and then shipped in a cardboard box. You won't find any unnecessary plastic packaging with us. The delivery is then sent CO2-neutrally with Pro Clima, the Swiss Post's shipping service.

With us, you can easily pay in cash, by credit card, Twint or invoice.

That's absolutely no problem! You can easily return your order. You'll find the address on the envelope, and it only costs you the postage (max. 2 CHF for 1-2 items). Then, please send us a short message letting us know what we could do better or which item/size you'd like to try next.

Of course, we want our products to fit perfectly! We're happy to exchange the size and/or model for you – just send the items back and tell us what you'd like us to send you instead.

You don't want to exchange the products, but simply return them? Within 14 days (after the package arrives), we can refund you 100%. For returns received after this period, we offer a refund in the form of vouchers. Thank you for your understanding!

The best way to wash our underwear is in our laundry bag at 30-40 degrees. The same applies to our loungewear products.

For stains, you can pre-soak the laundry. However, we advise against putting it in the 60-degree wash with your socks, for the sake of the environment and your lingerie/loungewear. And definitely dry it on a clothesline, as the tumble dryer can damage delicate fabrics.

You can also briefly tumble dry the corduroy velvet loungewear to loosen it up.

It is especially important to us that you enjoy your lingerie for as long as possible. That's why we offer a repair service.

We do minor repairs free of charge, such as resewing a seam, repositioning a strap, or mending a small hole. For larger alterations, we charge a small fee, but we will always contact you beforehand. More information

All our pieces are designed and developed with great care directly in our studio in Kriens, and almost our entire collection is also produced there. We are supported in the production of our loungewear by LU Couture in Lucerne and Wimo AG in Rothrist. This means all our pieces are handmade in Switzerland – without compromise.

The Lace The fabric comes from a family-run business in Italy, and the elastics also come from our southern neighbors. The jersey is knitted in Portugal, and all the sliders and rings come from France. The cupro we use for our loungewear comes from Turkey.

We promise, we are constantly searching for the most sustainable, best and most local ingredients for our underwear and loungewear.

Our Lace It consists of recycled polyamide. Lace It is spun from waste materials of the construction industry and combined with elastane to ensure the products are nice and comfortable!

Unfortunately, we cannot completely avoid synthetic fibers, as there are still no alternatives.

TENCEL™ Lyocell is a fiber made from the natural raw material wood, primarily sourced from eucalyptus wood by the Austrian company Lenzing AG. The wood comes from sustainably managed plantations certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and is grown without artificial irrigation, fertilizers, or pesticides.

For example, cotton consumes up to 2,000 liters of water per T-shirt, while the eucalyptus plant requires 10 to 20 times less water. The fiber yield is ten times higher than with cotton; approximately 6 square meters of soil can produce one cotton T-shirt or ten T-shirts made from TENCEL™ Lyocell. The eucalyptus plant remains untouched by any genetic modification. Due to the sustainability of the fiber production, the process has been awarded the European Union's "European Award for the Environment." 

We love the material not only because of its sustainability, but also especially because it is so incredibly soft and skin-friendly, and stays beautiful for a long time.

Cupro is the vegan alternative to silk and has seen a resurgence in the fair fashion sector in recent years. The fabric itself has actually been on the market for many years, but until a few years ago it had a bad reputation because the chemicals required for its production were released into the environment. Now, the so-called "closed loop" process has been introduced, ensuring that the chemicals are not released into the environment but are instead reprocessed and reused in a continuous production cycle.

Cupro is made from cotton linters (a waste product from regular cotton production). The fabric has a very fine and soft feel and a cooling effect. It also does not generate static electricity and is particularly kind to the skin.

We use cupro for some of our loungewear.

No! The comfort of our products, especially our lingerie, is paramount to us. Lace , which is especially important, which is why we test them ourselves and (to be honest): love them!

Our lingerie is vegan, made from innovative, sustainable, and, wherever possible, highly certified materials, and all products are manufactured in Switzerland. We are a small label, and such certifications are not only expensive but also time-consuming to find the right label for us. In the future, we would like to find a certification that aligns with our values.
