How do I find my size?
In general, our lingerie corresponds to the usual sizes. However, because we produce up to 60 sizes, it can of course be intimidating to choose a size. So if you are unsure, it is best to visit our size guide, which you will find linked to all products, as well as directly in the menu. Of course, you can also contact us at any time via chatbox, email, Instagram or by phone and we will be happy to help you personally.
So far, I've only worn underwire bras. Will I find something at your store?
We say: yes, of course! :) Of course, the feel is not quite the same because our bralettes do not have any rigid plastic or metal parts in the chest area. If you are concerned that your chest will not be supported well enough, we recommend that you refer to the support points in the product overview. 3 points mean very good support, 1 point means comfortable/natural support.
What do I do if I want to give your lingerie as a gift?
Do you also offer gift vouchers?
Of course! You can find the gift voucher in our online shop and even choose whether you would like to receive the voucher by mail together with a pretty card or, perfect for last-minute buyers, have us send you the code by email. We will do the latter
within 24 hours.
Where can I find your products?
Of course, in our online shop at
and in person at our studio. If you order from us online, we will gladly ship your order to you. Then you can try everything on at your leisure (feel free to wear your own underwear with panties and bodysuits), keep what you like and what fits, and return the rest. We ourselves find it most enjoyable and comfortable to try on lingerie at home.
For some time now, we have also been listed in some local stores and you can also find us at trade fairs or pop-ups from time to time. Take a look at our store page"Where to find us", where you will always find the latest information.
Shipping
How do you ship and pack your lingerie?
Our lingerie is lovingly wrapped by us personally in a tissue paper and then shipped in a cardboard box. So you will not find any unnecessary plastic packaging. The delivery is then sent CO2-neutral with Pro Clima of the Swiss Post.
What payment options do you offer?
With us, you can easily pay in cash, by credit card, Twint or invoice.
Exchanges and returns
What if my order doesn't fit?
That's not a problem at all! You can send your order back to us without any problems. You will find the address on the envelope and it will only cost you the postage (max. 2CHF for 1-2 items). Then write us a short message and let us know what we could do better or which piece/size you would like to try on next.
Can I return my order?
Of course, our products should fit! We are happy to exchange the size and/or model—just send the items back to us and let us know what you would like us to send you instead.
Don't want to exchange the products, just return them? We can refund 100% of the amount within 14 days (after the package has arrived at your address). For returns that arrive after this period, we offer a refund in vouchers. Thank you for your understanding!

Product care
How do I wash your products?
It is best to wash our underwear in our laundry bag at 30-40 degrees. The same also applies to our loungewear products.
If there are stains, you can soak the laundry beforehand. However, we advise against putting them in the 60°C wash with your socks, for the sake of the environment and your lingerie/loungewear. And be sure to dry them on a clothesline, as the dryer damages delicate fabrics.
You can also tumble dry the corduroy velvet loungewear briefly to loosen it up.
One of my stitches has come undone—what should I do now?
It is particularly important to us that you enjoy your lingerie for as long as possible. That is why we offer a repair service.
How much will the repair cost?
We carry out minor repairs such as re-sewing a seam, adjusting a strap, or mending a small hole free of charge. For more extensive alterations, we charge a small fee, but we will always ask you first. You can find more information at
here.
Production
Where are your products manufactured?
All our pieces are designed and developed with great care and attention to detail in our studio in Kriens, and almost our entire collection is also produced there. We are supported in the production of our loungewear by LU Couture in Lucerne and Wimo AG in Rothrist. This means that all our pieces are handmade in Switzerland—without compromise.
Material
Where do your materials come from?
The lace comes from a family business in Italy, and the elastics also come from our southern neighbors. The jersey is knitted in Portugal, and all sliders and rings come from France. The cupro we use for our loungewear comes from Turkey.
We promise to always look for the most sustainable, best, and most local ingredients for our underwear and loungewear.
What is the lace made of?
Our lace is made from recycled polyamide. The lace is re-spun from waste materials from the construction industry and combined with elastane to ensure that the products are comfortable!
Why are you still using synthetic fibers?
Unfortunately, we cannot completely do without synthetic fibers, as there are still no
fine lace made from natural materials, and we absolutely have to use elastane in underwear, which ensures that the garments retain their shape and move with you.
What is TENCEL™ Lyocel?
TENCEL™ Lyocell is a fiber made from the natural raw material wood, which is obtained primarily from eucalyptus wood by the Austrian company Lenzing AG. The wood comes from sustainably managed plantations certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and does not require artificial irrigation, fertilizers, or pesticides.
Cotton, for example, consumes up to 2,000 liters of water per T-shirt, whereas the eucalyptus plant requires 10 to 20 times less water. The fiber yield is ten times higher than that of cotton, meaning that approximately 6 m² of land can produce 1 cotton T-shirt or 10 T-shirts made from TENCEL™ Lyocell. The eucalyptus plant is not genetically modified in any way. Due to the sustainability of its fiber production, the manufacturing process has been awarded the European Union's "European Award for the Environment."
We love this material not only because of its sustainability, but also especially because it is so incredibly soft and skin-friendly, and stays beautiful for a long time.
Everything that is not made of lace is made of TENCEL™ Lyocell.
- TENCEL™ Lyocell is a brand of Lenzing AG.
What is cupro?
Cupro is the vegan alternative to silk and has been increasingly used in the fair fashion sector for several years now. The fabric itself has actually been on the market for many years, but until a few years ago it had a bad reputation because the chemicals required for its production ended up in the environment. In the meantime, the so-called "closed loop" process has been introduced, so that the chemicals are not discharged into the environment, but are recycled and remain in a continuous production cycle.
Cupro is produced from cotton linters (a waste product from normal cotton production). The fabric is very fine and soft to the touch and has a cooling effect. It also does not build up static electricity and is particularly skin-friendly.
We use cupro for some of our loungewear.
Doesn't the tip scratch?
No! The comfort of our products, especially our lace lingerie, is particularly important to us, which is why we test them ourselves and (to be honest) love them!
Why don't you have certificates?
Our lingerie is vegan, made from innovative, sustainable and highly certified materials and all products are produced in Switzerland. We are a small label and such certificates cost a lot of money on the one hand, but also time resources to find the right label for us. For the future, we would like to find a certificate that matches our values.
