Exchanges and returns

Exchange of underwear and loungewear:

  1. The item you ordered doesn't fit?
  2. Then write a short note stating which model, size, and color you would like to receive instead, and send it to us together with the garment to the following address:

    1. As soon as we receive the package, we will get to work and take care of the exchange. Please note that we produce almost all of our products to order, so it may take up to 21 days for the package to be returned to you. 

     

    Returns of underwear and loungewear:

    1. You can easily enter your return online .
    2. Return the item in the original box to the following address:

    1.  As soon as we have received and checked the parts, we will refund you the amount according to our terms and conditions.

     

    Information on exchanges and returns:

    Hygiene:

    Items must be clean and unworn. Bodies try on briefs and Bodies over your own underwear. We cannot accept dirty items.

    Deadline for returns:

    For returns that arrive within 14 days of receipt of the goods, we can refund the purchase; after that, only an exchange or refund in the form of a voucher is possible. Thank you for your understanding.

     

    Postage exchange and returns:

    The customer is responsible for the postage costs for returns and exchanges. 

     

    Sale:

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. Thank you for your understanding.

     

    What happens to my return:

    1. We control them.
    2. We remove slight traces of the fitting (traces of deodorant, skin flakes, etc.).
    3. If the parts are badly soiled or damaged, we will send them back to you or make you a suggestion.
    4. If everything is in order, we put them back in our warehouse where they wait for another home.


    We do not dispose of any returns:

    So please be respectful! Towards us, our products, and other customers. Be careful when trying things on, and Bodies try slip panties and Bodies over your own slip . Andit's best to wash your new lingerie before wearing it for the first time.
