Production
Almost everything happens under one roof at our company: all of our lingerie and most of our loungewear is created entirely in our own studio in Kriens. This allows us to guarantee the highest quality and the finest workmanship. By producing to order, we avoid overproduction and thus contribute to a sustainable fashion world.
We sew your clothes
With us, you know exactly who or which studio sewed your new piece!
The name of the seamstress is printed directly on each hang tag—at least for all products that we sew in our own studio. That's because every single piece is sewn by one person from the first to the last stitch.
Things work a little differently at our manufacturers. Usually, several people are involved in the process of creating a piece, which is why you can simply read the name of the studio on the hang tag.
Zippora (she/her)
I cut everything that is made in our studio and sew whatever needs to be sewn: briefs, bralettes, loungewear, Bodies... You will find my name on the hang tags of a wide variety of products.
Mathilda (she/her)
I loooooove underwear, which is why I'm primarily responsible for all the fine fabrics and lots of lace. So I sew your panties, bras, Bodies camisoles!
Angela (she/her)
I'm brand new to this and learning step by step! Currently, I'm mainly sewing the corduroy collection, Paula, our lace sweater, and gradually more and more panties!

LU Couture designs and sews made-to-measure fashion and trains ten garment designers a year in its factory in the heart of Lucerne.
The small company stands for sustainable and fair production and is committed to
valuing its employees and products.
LU Couture sews smaller series of our loungewear for us. For example, Coco, Kim, and Margot.
