  2. Then write a short note stating which model, size, and color you would like to receive instead, and send it to us together with the garment to the following address:

    1. As soon as we receive the package, we will get to work and take care of the exchange. Please note that we produce almost all of our products to order, so it may take up to 21 days for the package to be returned to you.

    Information on exchanges and returns:

    Hygiene:

    Items must be clean and unworn. Bodies try on briefs and Bodies over your own underwear. We cannot accept dirty items.

    Deadline for returns:

    For returns that arrive within 14 days of receipt of the goods, we can refund the purchase; after that, only an exchange or refund in the form of a voucher is possible. Thank you for your understanding.

     

    Postage exchange and returns:

    The customer is responsible for the postage costs for returns and exchanges. 

     

    Sale:

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. Thank you for your understanding.

     

    Que se passe-t-il avec mes retours :

    1. Nous les contrôlons.
    2. Nous éliminons les légères traces laissées par l'essayage (traces de déodorant, pellicules de peau, etc.).
    3. En cas de salissures ou de dommages plus importants, nous te renvoyons les pièces ou te faisons une proposition.
    4. Si tout est en ordre, nous les ramenons dans notre entrepôt, où ils attendent un autre foyer.
