Joanne, ein feiner String zum wohl- und schönfühlen! Das Höschen aus der feinen italienischen Spitze ist die perfekte Begleiterin für deinen Alltag. Joanne schmiegt sich angenehm um deinen Po, durch das weiche Material passt sich der String optimal deinem Körper an und die feine Spitze ist besonders angenehm auf der Haut.
Natürlich arbeiten wir auch hier mit feinster italienischer Spitze und das Schrittteil besteht aus unserem TENCEL™ Lyocell, dieser Stoff ist besonders weich, hautfreundlich und mindert das Wachstum von Bakterien.
Joanne produzieren wir aus den letzten Resten unserer ersten Spitze. Ein besonderer Hingucker und keine Massenware, denn die Spitze ist nur noch begrenzt vorhanden. Wenn sie aufgebraucht ist, ist sie aufgebraucht.
Material:
Spitze: 94% Polyamid / 6% Elasthan, aus Italien.
Jersey: 96% TENCEL™Lyocell* / 4% elastane, from Portugal
*a wood-based cellulose fiber obtained from the wood of eucalyptus, among others, and is biodegradable. TENCEL™Lyocell is a trademark of Lenzing AG.
TENCEL™ is also very breathable, absorbent and reduces the growth of bacteria.

Care:
Our lingerie is best washed at 30-40 degrees - the colder, the more durable and the longer your lingerie will stay beautiful. Do not tumble dry. If heavily soiled, you can soak the items in water before washing. To prevent the removable cups from curling up, it is best to remove them before the wash cycle.

Shipping
Switzerland: Since we produce all our products by hand with a lot of love and, in order to avoid overproduction, do not have every model in every size and color in stock, delivery times can vary between 5 and 14 days.
ACHTUNG: Aufgrund zahlreicher Bestellungen, kann sich aktuell die Lieferung etwas verzögern.
Abroad: Outside Switzerland, foreign VAT and customs duties (usually approx. 20% of the order value) are payable by the customer. Shipping abroad may vary depending on customs conditions and the longer distance.
Exchanges & returns:
Important: We can only take back clean and unworn products. Briefs and bodysuits always try on over your own underpants.
Deadline for returns: 14 days - after this period, only exchanges or refunds in the form of a voucher are possible. Thank you for your understanding.
Postage: To be paid by the customer.
Sale: We cannot take back or exchange reduced items.

All our products are sewn with conviction and a lot of love here in Switzerland, in small manufactories and our own ateliers.
sustainable materials
For our products, we use only the most sustainable materials, which we also source locally wherever possible. For example, TENCEL™ Lyocell, a very resource-saving fiber obtained from the wood of eucalyptus, among other things, or lace made from recycled fibers.

In our Shop you will find up to 60 sizes. However, as even this large range of sizes cannot cover all body shapes, we also offer other sizes and custom-made products on request.

Solidarity-based pricing system
At Checkout you have the option to pay a certain percentage or fixed amount more. This amount is converted 100% into vouchers, which we pass on to people who might otherwise not be able to afford our lingerie. Of course, we do this to the best of our knowledge and conscience.
