Not sure what you want to order? Do you love surprises? Want a particularly large portion of anticipation? Then the Surprise Box is just the thing for you!
You choose the size of your parcel and how often you would like to receive one. Our team will then carefully select something nice for you (based on your previous orders if necessary) and TADAAAAH: The Surprise Box lands in your letterbox.
Details
Products: We select products from previous collections and those with small faults, i.e. all the lingerie and loungewear that we would otherwise unfortunately not be able to sell via our online store. This is good for us, as it empties our warehouse and makes room for new items, it's sustainable, as the products are still worn and loved, and it's good for you, as you can make real savings.
Discounts: The more often we can send you a parcel, the bigger the discount. 1x=30%, 2x=35%, 3x=40%, 4x=45%
Returns: Due to the discounts, we cannot accept returns. If a product does not fit, we ask you to find a new home for it in your area or contact us in an emergency.
Surprise: To make sure the surprise is a success, we would appreciate a few details: What do you particularly like? Which color/cut do you like less? What else should we know about you? Please tell us all this in the free field and then choose your sizes*.

Sizes Surprise Packages:
From small to large, we have plenty of surprises in store for you! Here is a small overview:
Small: This package contains products worth up to CHF 70. For example, a pair of panties from a previous collection or a Bralette with a small production error.
Basic: In this package you will find products worth approximately CHF 130.-: a pretty Bralette, a cami top, a pair of culottes or two pairs of panties...?
Maxi: This package contains products worth approximately CHF 190.- : A pyjama, a Body or a set of Bralette/Camitop and slip from thoughts of september!
Double: This package contains products worth approximately CHF 380.-: You will be surprised with a set of Bralette and slip and pyjamas, Body or maybe even a second set !
Why a Surprise Box?
1. it is sustainable! This way, products from sample collections and those that we were unable to sell due to the limits of our online store (too many sizes) find a place.
2nd Surprise! Who doesn't love being surprised? With the Surprise Box, we have a particularly large portion of anticipation for you!
3. flexibility! We can plan our production better, especially if we can determine the shipping date or you choose several packages, and thus obtain greater security.
4. you save! Since we sell our leftover products through this, you can save a lot and we give you discounts that are otherwise not possible with us.

Switzerland: Since we produce all our products by hand with a lot of love and, in order to avoid overproduction, do not have every model in every size and color in stock, delivery times can vary between 5 and 14 days.
ACHTUNG: Aufgrund zahlreicher Bestellungen, kann sich aktuell die Lieferung etwas verzögern.
Abroad: Outside Switzerland, foreign VAT and customs duties (usually approx. 20% of the order value) are payable by the customer. Shipping abroad may vary depending on customs conditions and the longer distance.
Exchange, returns & service
Exchanges & returns:
Important: We can only take back clean and unworn products. Briefs and bodysuits always try on over your own underpants.
Deadline for returns: 14 days - after this period, only exchanges or refunds in the form of a voucher are possible. Thank you for your understanding.
Postage: To be paid by the customer.
Sale: We cannot take back or exchange reduced items.

local production
Alle unsere Produkte werden aus Überzeugung und mit ganz viel Liebe hier in der Schweiz genäht, und zwar in kleinen Manufakturen und unseren eigenen Ateliers.
sustainable materials
For our products, we use only the most sustainable materials, which we also source locally wherever possible. For example, TENCEL™ Lyocell, a very resource-saving fiber obtained from the wood of eucalyptus, among other things, or lace made from recycled fibers.

We think that all people are beautiful just the way they are. No matter what size they wear, what colour their skin shimmers, whether completely smooth or covered with dents, whether scars bear witness to their past or wrinkles adorn their smile.
In our Shop you will find up to 60 sizes. However, as even this large range of sizes cannot cover all body shapes, we also offer other sizes and custom-made products on request.
