Do you love surprises? Then the Surprise Box is just the thing for you!
You choose the size of your parcel and how often you would like to receive one. Our team then carefully selects something pretty for you and TADAAAAH: The Surprise Box lands in your letterbox.
To make sure the surprise is a success, we would appreciate a few details: What do you particularly like? Which color/cut do you like less? What else should we know about you? Please tell us all this in the free field and then choose your sizes*.

Sizes Surprise Packages:
From small to large, we have plenty of surprises in store for you! Here is a small overview:
Mini: A mini surprise from us: a package full of lovely goodies! Scrunchies, posters, cards, stickers, a hairband or whatever we can think of for you!This package contains products worth up to CHF 40.
Small: In this package you will definitely find a flattering pair of panties and maybe a little goodie from the mini surprise.This package contains products worth approximately CHF 70.
Basic: In this package you will find a pretty Bralette, a cami top, a pair of culottes or several pairs of panties and perhaps a little goodie from the mini surprise. This package contains products worth approximately CHF 150.
Maxi: The perfect surprise: pyjamas, a Body or a set of Bralette/ cami top and slip from thoughts of september! This package contains products worth approximately CHF 220.
Double: The very special package! You will be surprised with a set of Bralette and slip and pyjamas, Body, our Kim or maybe even a second set! This package contains products worth approximately CHF 440.

2. this is the perfect opportunity for special editions! Here we can realize models that we would love to make but haven't had time for yet on a small scale and you get beautiful and unique lingerie and loungewear!
3. it's sustainable: because it means that models from previous collections that are flawless and beautiful but which we can no longer sell via the online store (as not all sizes are available) may find a home!
4. we can plan our production better, especially if we can determine the shipping date or you choose several packages, and thus obtain greater security.

Shipping
Switzerland: Since we produce all our products by hand with a lot of love and, in order to avoid overproduction, do not have every model in every size and color in stock, delivery times can vary between 5 and 14 days.
ACHTUNG: Aufgrund zahlreicher Bestellungen, kann sich aktuell die Lieferung etwas verzögern.
Abroad: Outside Switzerland, foreign VAT and customs duties (usually approx. 20% of the order value) are payable by the customer. Shipping abroad may vary depending on customs conditions and the longer distance.
Exchanges & returns:
Important: We can only take back clean and unworn products. Briefs and bodysuits always try on over your own underpants.
Deadline for returns: 14 days - after this period, only exchanges or refunds in the form of a voucher are possible. Thank you for your understanding.
Postage: To be paid by the customer.
Sale: We cannot take back or exchange reduced items.

local production
All our products are sewn with conviction and a lot of love here in Switzerland, in small manufactories and our own ateliers.
sustainable materials
For our products, we use only the most sustainable materials, which we also source locally wherever possible. For example, TENCEL™ Lyocell, a very resource-saving fiber obtained from the wood of eucalyptus, among other things, or lace made from recycled fibers.

We think that all people are beautiful just the way they are. No matter what size they wear, what colour their skin shimmers, whether completely smooth or covered with dents, whether scars bear witness to their past or wrinkles adorn their smile.
In our Shop you will find up to 60 sizes. However, as even this large range of sizes cannot cover all body shapes, we also offer other sizes and custom-made products on request.

Solidarity-based pricing system
At Checkout you have the option to pay a certain percentage or fixed amount more. This amount is converted 100% into vouchers, which we pass on to people who might otherwise not be able to afford our lingerie. Of course, we do this to the best of our knowledge and conscience.
