The best gift you can give? One that the recipient can choose for themselves, of course!
Our gift vouchers are sent by e-mail as a voucher code or by post as a voucher card, depending on your preference. The e-mail with the voucher code will be sent within 48 hours, the voucher card will be sent by Swiss Post within 7 days.
The voucher can be redeemedat all our physical sales standsas well as in our online store.
We do not charge any additional processing fees for our gift vouchers.

Switzerland: Since we produce all our products by hand with a lot of love and, in order to avoid overproduction, do not have every model in every size and color in stock, delivery times (in Switzerland) can vary between 5 and 14 days.
Abroad: Outside Switzerland, the foreign VAT, as well as customs duties (usually about 20% of the order value) are incurred, which are borne by the customer. Shipping abroad may vary according to customs conditions and longer distance.
If you want to return or exchange an item, you can send it back to us in the original box, provided it is clean and unworn - always try on briefs and bodysuits over your own underpants. Please enclose a small note with the reason for the return and information on size and color if you would like to exchange the item.
For returns that reach us within 14 days of receipt of the goods, we can refund the purchase, after that only an exchange or refund in the form of a voucher is possible. Thank you for your understanding.
Unfortunately, we cannot take back reduced items from the sale and sample sale. Thank you for your understanding.
The postage for the return shipment will be paid by the customer.

local production
All our products are sewn with conviction and a lot of love here in Switzerland, in small manufactories and our own ateliers.
sustainable materials
For our products, we use only the most sustainable materials, which we also source locally wherever possible. For example, TENCEL™ Lyocell, a very resource-saving fiber obtained from the wood of eucalyptus, among other things, or lace made from recycled fibers.

We think that all people are beautiful just the way they are. No matter what size they wear, what colour their skin shimmers, whether completely smooth or covered with dents, whether scars bear witness to their past or wrinkles adorn their smile.
In our Shop you will find up to 60 sizes. However, as even this large range of sizes cannot cover all body shapes, we also offer other sizes and custom-made products on request.

Solidarity-based pricing system
At Checkout you have the option to pay a certain percentage or fixed amount more. This amount is converted 100% into vouchers, which we pass on to people who might otherwise not be able to afford our lingerie. Of course, we do this to the best of our knowledge and conscience.
